These Terms govern your use of ashford-publishing.com, operated by Ashford Partners LLC. That includes our book pages, our articles, and the book materials area. By using the site, and in particular by signing up and redeeming a code, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. This website

Most of this site is free to read and needs no account. We publish information about our books and articles on AI engineering. Where we link to a retailer such as Amazon, that purchase is between you and the retailer, on their terms.

2. The materials

Readers of our books receive an exclusive code printed inside their copy. Redeeming it here gives you a free download of additional PDF materials for one of our AI Engineering titles.

3. Eligibility

Codes come from legitimately obtained copies of Ashford Partners books. Do not use a code you found, shared, or obtained elsewhere.

4. How it works

• Sign up with your name and email address.
• Enter the code printed inside your book.
• Download your materials from the page your code unlocks.

5. Emails

By signing up you agree that we may send you occasional emails about our books, such as new releases and previews. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without losing access to your downloaded materials.

6. Your use of the materials and site content

The materials are for your personal, non-commercial use. The books and materials are protected by copyright and remain the property of Ashford Partners and their authors. You may not republish, redistribute, resell, or post the materials online, or share codes publicly.

The same applies to what we publish on the site itself. Our articles, book descriptions, and page content are protected by copyright. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back to the original. Reproducing a whole article, or republishing our content elsewhere, needs our written permission first.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms, change which materials are available, or change or retire codes at any time. We may withhold the materials where we reasonably suspect misuse, such as shared or fraudulent codes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The materials and this website are provided free of charge on an "as is" basis. Our books and articles are educational: they are general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you make from them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability in connection with your use of this website or the materials.
