Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026
This policy explains what information Ashford Partners LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the whole of ashford-publishing.com: our book pages, our articles, and the book materials area where you redeem a code.
1. Information we collect
Most of this website can be read without giving us anything. You can browse our books and articles without signing up.
Information you give us. This applies when you sign up in the book materials area:
- Your details — the name and email address you enter when you sign up.
- Your book code — the code from your book, which tells us which materials to give you and which of our titles you are reading.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when any page is requested, including your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. This is used to serve the site and keep it secure.
We do not ask for a password, and we do not collect payment information on this website.
2. How we use your information
- To give you access to your free materials.
- To send you occasional emails about our books, such as new releases and previews. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
- To detect and prevent misuse of book codes.
3. Service providers
Your details are stored and processed by a small number of reputable providers we use to run this site: website hosting, secure data storage, and email delivery. They process your data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
In addition, every page on this site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Making that request tells Google your IP address. We use this only to display the site correctly, and we receive no analytics or advertising data from it. Google's handling of that request is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we send book updates. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you; you can also ask us to delete your details entirely at any time.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@ashford-publishing.com.
6. Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's session storage only to take you to the right download page after you enter your code. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
Access to your data is restricted, and we use reputable providers. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
